Paraffin Treatment

Paraffin wax is one of my luxurious treatments especially for treating dry to very dry skin, for areas on hands, elbows, feet, cracked heels, back, face and neck. I would highly recommend paraffin waxing treatments especially to client’s that suffer from eczema or other skin disorders. The most beneficial effect of paraffin wax is the paraffin oil components. Paraffin wax treatments will give you a warm feeling whilst it assists in increasing the blood pressure flow. It specifically will prevent skin cells from ageing and wrinkling. Your skin will look very radiant, regenerated, soft, warm and hydrated without leaving the skin looking or feeling greasy. Variations of paraffin can be used like simply white, tea-tree and levanter, Dead Sea can be chosen by a request.
To get the best effect is to combine your paraffin wax treatment with a massage before applying paraffin wax. This way your skin will receive all the nutrition and minerals it needs in preparation for the paraffin wax treatment. The Paraffin I use is based on simple natural ingredients, there are no harmful chemicals and it can be applied to the face, arms, legs, feet, and torso, basically anywhere your skin needs revitalising. This treatment is extremely popular in Slovakia and is used by women to keep that young looking and revitalised feeling.
The procedure is very effective, very easy and pleasant. It starts by using special paraffin machine, where paraffin blocks are place inside the special heater. The paraffin wax is regulated by standard temperature, which will slowly melt the paraffin into a manageable form.
By using my special applicator paraffin brush the paraffin wax becomes flexible and warm, then is ready to be applied to your skin. Multiple layers of paraffin wax are then applied building up a 2-3 level thick base. Heat disbursement bags are applied to certain areas to stop skin from sweating and helps to keep the warm temperature optimal. To complete my client’s comfort is to add cotton mitts on both hands and feet (when having treatments to hands or feet) and wrap them up with a towel to have the most incredible feeling. When the paraffin wax has been working on the client skin for approx 15-20 minutes, it is then ready to be peeled off an is removed very easily. Once the paraffin wax has been removed it is then disposed into the bin ensuring high level of hygiene.
